ÇAKÜ’s Accreditation Success: Quality-Assured Programs Featured in the YKS Preference Guide

Çankırı Karatekin University (ÇAKÜ) continues its success in program accreditation as part of its quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts. Within this scope, the University has achieved a significant success, with a total of 24 programs accredited—9 programs in 2025 and 15 programs in 2026—ranking above the national average among 208 higher education institutions. As the number of programs accredited through program accreditation studies conducted in different fields within the University continues to increase, these programs continue to be included in the 2026-YKS preference process for prospective students.

Under the leadership of the Çankırı Karatekin University Quality Coordination Office, efforts are being carried out to monitor program accreditation processes, support academic units in their preparations for these processes, and promote a quality assurance culture throughout the University. Program accreditation processes and the preparatory activities undertaken within this scope constitute important components of the University’s quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts. The current list of programs that have successfully obtained accreditation as a result of the accreditation processes is provided below.
